Since the launch of Halo MCC I haven’t been able to access my player profile (Press ‘X’ from main screen for roster, hover over my name and then press ‘A’ and finally select ‘Player Details’). And if I do attempt to view it my game seizes up and crashes sending me back to Xbox Dashboard requiring me to reload up Halo MCC and regardless of a reboot of the Xbox One (Hard or soft restart doesn’t matter) the problem persists.
As a test I had my friends try and access it, and they too would have their game crash and be sent back to dashboard, at first it was a fun way to troll people I didn’t know but now its annoying. I am able to access my friends ‘Player Details’ but not mine. I am unsure why and it would be appreciated if you could fix it, thanks.
