Tried restarting my game and even my PC, this has happened before and both these solutions had solved this problem in the past.
First ‘tell’ of it happening is that the ‘News’ on the bottom right and the BP progress on the upper right arent loading, then no other feature loads as well.
Restarting my router/modem did the trick, incase anyone sees this and is looking for a similar solution to the issue
