Professor Ellen Anders status?

Professor Ellen Anders was an expert in theoretical xenobiology and was the protege of the war criminal, Doctor Catherine Elizabeth Halsey. In 2531, the Office of Naval Intelligence had recruited Anders as a consultant, and soon she was assigned to the Phoenix-class support vessel, the UNSC Spirit of Fire. Professor Anders would participate in the Liberation of Harvest, the Battle of Arcadia and the Battle of Shield World 0459… facing the Covenant Empire, the Flood Parasite and Forerunner Sentinels… yet as of 2558, her status is unknown?

We see in Halo: Escalation, the UNSC Spirit of Fire has been evacuated with a possible Flood infection… the ship is drifting toward an unknown planet?

We see that in the new Halo Universe section 343 Industries staff has updated, information about Captain James Gregory Cutter, Jerome-092, Douglas-042 and Alice-130… yet what about Professor Ellen Anders?

Unknown. We last seen the Spirit of Fire evacuated, with Flood on board. What happened to Anders and the rest of the crew is unknown.

Though her status is still unknown, I’m sure that some answers will be heading our way with H5:Guardians, or further comics/novels. Escalation was really exciting for me because they brought the SoF back into the lore, so I am just patiently waiting to see what happens. My concern is mainly with the SPARTANs, but Cutter was a great character as well.
