I pre-ordered halo wars 2 ultimate edition and received via email. When I redeem the code in a mistake I placed it in another account. I contacted Xbox Support for help and them referred me to you guys. Can you please delete the subscription or even send me a replacement one so I can place it in the right account which has the game on. Please help me you’re my only hope.
