Procedurally generated maps would be a great idea because no 2 multiplayer maps would be the same and the community wouldn’t have the Forge World situation where almost all Forge maps are made on 1 or a handful of maps limiting creative potential, removing kill boundaries and adding a structure/ biome seed similar to Minecraft with the scale of CE Campaign levels would make for fun and intriguing map designs and locales think of the infinite potential; the Devs could focus elsewhere whilst the Community essentially has a Multiplayer Map generator in our hands.
Could have some great gametypes with this idea, specifically the least competitive ones as a fun part of Halo is knowing every inch of the map.
I’d love a moving map that changes as the game goes on, like a shifting labyrinth. Would be awesome.
Alternatively just having map variants would be great. Like an outdoor map, you could have a standard variant and a variant that’s been snowed on.
Wouldn’t mind having a random BTB Heavies procedurally generated so the vehicle and weapon spawns aren’t immediately contested.
Will make it feel like a “Teamed FFA” instead of just team vs team sieging each other.
I can see it work too, cos MCC Customs already have maps like that.
As a bonus, it scratches BR player’s itches and may open up the game to them.

Like Pans Labyrinth or the maze from the Shining.
