Hello, community. I tried to redeem my code to play the beta of Halo Infinite on Steam, but some error occurred. when I tried to redeem it again I get a messages that my code was redeemed but i don’t have the game in my collection.

That specific code was for the 1st Halo Infinite tech preview and is no longer usable. And we won’t get codes until Thursday evening if one is accepted into this weekend’s and next weekend’s Tech Preview

As noted above, any codes you see right now aren’t for the upcoming Infinite flight - those haven’t been sent out yet. It would be for either the Season 8 flight for MCC of the first Infinite tech preview, both of which have ended and are no longer available. All flight keys get revoked at the end of a flight
