Been running into a lot of problems with my REQS recently, Sometimes my REQ packs won’t open and I also can’t use any of my REQS at all in Warzone (including Warzone Assault) because it’s says it’s gathering data but it won’t finish, it just stays like that until I turn Halo 5 off
I am also running into the same issue. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting with Xbox Live support, but it nothing worked. I cannot open new or buy new packs, view my current collection, or use my reqs in any game forcing me to play every warzone game with just a pistol and assault rifle unless I am lucky enough to pick up a weapon.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon. The only thing to do when this problem persists is just hope you can pickup a power weapon off the ground.
