After just leaving lengthy and unhelpful live Chat with Microsoft I have been told that posting here is what I now must do - I like many others decided to purchase the ‘Reach Revisit Pack’ for 12,0000 reqs as I had missed it the first time around. I have plenty of Reqs saved up so I indulged in buying 3 in an attempt to obtain all of what the pack had to offer (the purchases were over a three day span).
The first and second purchases were seamless, the third not so much. I was denied the third purchase and my reqs had been depleted to 0. I was left without any reqs and without my third Reach pack. I have no idea as to why. It’s been a week and I’m pretty bored of waiting for them to pop up out of thin air. In an attempt to salvage what I had originally set out to do I saved up from 0 another 12,0000 reqs. I attempt to buy third Reach pack a second time… ‘insufficient funds’. I’m at zero. Screenshotting the entire event has proved pointless as currency isn’t tracked. Here’s hoping someone here can actually help me out. Thanks in advance! I’m new to using the site so I’m unsure as to whether I can post the pictures as evidence? If so don’t hesitate to let me know and I’ll pop them up.

I opened one so far. And I got a helmet and the turret. But it is not showing up anymore. I purchased it yesterday and now it has disappeared. Is the time to buy over? I hope not and really hope that it stays a permanent item to purchase.
I got same problem as you when i used 120,000 req point to buy the “Reach Revisit Pack” i didn’t get any reach helmets at all. So did i lose 120,000 req point for fake “Reach Revisit Pack”? 343i please fix Halo 5 with a new update.
