Hi, I know its been a while, but I barely had the chance to try the game, and what a surprise, when I enter my code for my Fotus armor that came in my especial Xbox edition from “Halo 5 Guardians”, and enter to game it doesn’t appears anywhere, it isn’t in my packs and it isn’t in my collection, I don’t understand what is the cause of the problem, but I have been reading that I’m not the only, so I wanna know if 343 can give me an answer, and fix this problem, to enjoy the game for which I paid more money.
I hope I have an answer soon.

Others have complained about this issue, but a surefire solution has yet to come up. Worst case scenario, those FOTUS codes may not work anymore.
I have the same problem with the hunter armor pack. I put the code in for it, installed it and it won’t show up in my packs at all.
Ummmm dude i really can’t fix your problem but i have it too the firts days i started to play halo 5 and i made my account in this page i got a promotional req pack and it doesn’t appear and i never opened it, it’s like if it dessapeared…
