I think when you shoot someone in the head, regardless of what gun you have, it should still count as a headshot. I think the shield is a bit too powerful.
No. I see what your getting at, but your using an over shield. It is supposed to protect your whole entire body. It’s been like that for years in halo.
This overshield seems much more powerful than in past Halos. Not complaining, I just have to get used to it still.

Halo:CE still has the strongest OS than any other Halo game. There were two layers on the OS and you were invincible for about 2 seconds when picking the OS up. The OS works great in this game, the cloak on the other hand might be a little to good.

If anything it’s weaker since it gives the same amount of shielding as the previous Halo but doesn’t kick in instantly. Due to how fast kill times are now though it probably has more impact in fights, though it could go both ways.
