6 days now and “UNABLE TO MATCH” for arena or slayer. Anyone else have this same problem? My friend went through this bs for several weeks and got so pissed. I contacted microsoft and the guy was such an idiot all he knew how to do was reset the console. HO BRAH JUST PRESS POWER BUTTON AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
Tries GTA and Black Ops: works perfect.
I have the same issue too, it’s almost impossible to get any match for “Slayer” or “Team Arena” modes…really frustrating and I don’t know if someone is looking at it. Unfortunately we don’t have much of information for this and the support team seems to be in silence. I wait for an official reply to this matter!
Also the matchmaking when it is successful the time needed is so slow…!

Sorry to hear. There are many european players in the games forum, maybe try getting a game there?

Have you also tried to do a hard reset/start to your xbox? If you haven’t give that a try. Its just a shot in the dark but it might work.
I have tried also a hard/reset but it didn’t make any difference, with the expanded search is a bit better but I still get many times “Unable to find a match”…

I tried everything possible and it still does not work. I had more reliable service from halo 2 in 2004 LOL. Gonna return for a full refund or else submitting formal complaint with the CFPB.
