A few days ago I noticed that I have gotten the same permanent REQ 3 times from silver REQ packs the REQ I have got 3 times is the eagle emblem which is a rare emblem and I know for certain that I have somehow relieved this REQ 3 times and that make me wonder what else I have revived a number of times and I can think of a lot of helmets and armour this needs to be fixed because I want to obtain all of the REQs but I cannot do so unless this is fixed. The reason I have chosen to put this here is because I cannot even find a support email for 343 industries so I cannot get directly in contact with them.
Another issue I had been having is in matchmaking, I would use a Boost and as soon as I joined the game I would be kicked I instantly and would receive an error message that the connection to the game server has been lost. This has really annoyed because I have wasted so many boosts on this including legendary boosts and I don’t know what to do about it. All I ask is that if anyone know the contact number or email for 343 industry’s please message me because I really want to get these issues sorted out and i would like to be getting different permanent REQs. If you have been experiencing any of these bugs please tell me so we can get this sorted out quicker.

I’ve been having serious problems with Halo 5 today after the update. It constantly boots me from Solo campaign and then if I go back into the game and try to resume where I was it boots me back to the dashboard and I have to go back. But it won’t actually load me back to my game and it’s solo legendary so I won’t restart the board over again. Help
I too am getting booted from the solo campaign, relaunch the game and it immediately boots me back out again.
Exactly, it has to be the update. It didn’t do this before.
I get kicked from every game on multiplayer like half way in and it wipes my boost after I downloaded the update
