Problems with Halo 4 Overall

New Here.

I have had a blast playing Halo 4 since the day after release, already beat the campaign on legendary and have gotten to almost level 40 in multiplayer as well as completed both Spartan Ops Episodes on legendary as well.

Now, the gripes I have with this game are;

> -Story Felt Lacking; it was GREAT, just felt to short story wise, the campaign was long however. Just wasn’t enough main events, you could summarize the main events in this story in one sentence.
>
> -Spartan Ops; story is great in this, just feels lacking again.
>
> -Menus; the menus are glitchy, buggy, and just spas out sometimes at random, also when selecting a playlist it just flips out on me and doesn’t register that I clicked “A” on the playlist I want to play.
>
> -No Audio settings; after a while, the menu music REALLY gets on my nerves and sometimes if I am in the menu for too long the music gets immensely loud for no apparent reason.
>
> -No Settings overall; the settings and options we have are very limited as opposed to other console games.
>
> -File Share is broken; this is self-explanatory.

> -Forge is limited, but great features; they improved Forge in some aspects but took away a lot of what made Forge, well, Forge. Also, maps and items available in Forge seem a lot less that was in Halo: Reach.
>
> -Multiplayer; a lot to complain about here, so I’ll just list what I see as problems: XP Cap, Lag ingame(network/local FPS low/bullet lag), mid-game joining(toggle please?), lacking variety in playlist options(Doubles/Shotty-Snipes/FFA), lack of more base maps(small/medium formats), killcam needs to be removed.

> Another small issue is when you go into Wargames and select a playlist(I’ll use Dominion as an example), when exiting Dominion and then trying to go back into it, it isn’t highlighted, but the playlist below it is, this case Regicide will be highlighted instead.

Like I said, I love Halo 4 and everything it brings, it just however feels as if it fell short in a lot of aspects, it’s not horrible by any means, but it just doesn’t feel like a completed game. I want more, but the game doesn’t provide the basics I have always looked for in a Halo game.

I don’t want this thread to be more of a rant post, I just wanted to give some constructive criticism about Halo 4 and what feels lacking.
