So one of my friends on Steam has been having issues not earning achievements and he’s logged into his xbox account. anyone know how to fix this? or is he gonna need to contact support or something?

What specific achievement or achievements is he having issues?
Sometimes some of the campaign completion and legendary progress achievements do not track properly. Sometimes they pop after a delay or they pop after repeating certain missions.
It’s very likely that the achievements are delayed. Sometimes they like to pop up the next time you get on the game

his achievements haven’t been working at all

What kind of modes has he been playing? If he’s playing campaign and also using 0x multiplier skulls, that can nullify mission completion related achievements
oh hey, im having the exact same issue, I believe! I originally thought it was only achievements relating to par times and scores, but nope!
