Problems with dlc content

My account has had the red flames since I played on 360 but recently I have used the backwards compatibility to play on the Xbox1. I have talked with Microsoft and they have told me to talk to you so I could get it added back/ another code.

You don’t need an additional code if you are playing under the same account on your Xbox One. Just go to manage game and you should be able to download any additional content associated with the gamw

I know this. However I have talked Microsoft and they said it was an in-game problem and to talk to 343 staff. Sadly you cannot apart from forum posts. The flames do not register on my x1 account. I am wanting I talk to a 343 staff member. So that is why I I have this post up. I cannot download the flames because they do not register. Microsoft officials said 343 would have to fix my account.

Do they still show up on your 360 if you load the game up there?

No, 343 staff must go into my account which only they can do so I don’t understand why they don’t make a support team or even a way for Microsoft to contact them and somehow put the files back on my account because they don’t register anymore and people that aren’t staff are trying to help and they literally cannot help in any way shape or form.

I have the same problem with my Recon helmet DLC. I know that people were able to go to manage game and download the DLC, but for me it just doesn’t show up. I tried contacting Xbox live support and they see that the DLC is on my account, but they could do nothing to help me with it.

and whenever I try and go into the xbox marketplace on my xbox one, every single dlc just says currently unavailable

If you bought the legendary edition of Halo 3 or bought and redeemed a code for the red flames, that DLC should still be tied to your account. The only way you would lose it is if you license transferred it to someone else or are using a new account. 343 don’t have the ability to enter your account and grant items like that for Halo 3, their ability to do so was retired several years ago
