Recently I have noticed that sometimes when I am turning to my right I do a slow turn or will stop for a second and then continue to turn right. Has anyone had this issue before and if so is there a solution to fix it?
I know it is not my controller as I am fine when playing other games.
Try adjusting the outer deadzone, that tends to fix slow turn. Otherwise, you can try putting your acceleration up.

Is your controller broken? Have you dropped it and it landed on the thumb sticks at all?
