I’m having problems opening my req pack, when I first tried to open it it gave me pan error message and whenever I tried it again it just says it’s already been opened. Help.
I think I’m having the same issue. I can’t seem to figure out how to open mine either.

I imagine that it will be available when we load the game however i want to know now! 
Did you guys actually get the armor/helmet customization though? I had some weirdness with my browser when I tried to open the pack and didn’t get the pop up and all that, but when I went to customize my spartan it showed I had a new helmet unlocked. You might have gotten the req pack without the notification like me
