So ever since the start of Master chief collection (PC steam) launched I have been having continuous issues and problems finding games. It’s practically unplayable and frankly just not fun to deal with.
I want to make this in the hopes I can find fixes to the issues I’m having because I just want to play…
So
Issue 1: Game freezing:
If I am matchmaking and tab out, the whole game will completely break and black screen/freeze. It completely stops me from doing anything so the only thing I can do is CTRL + ALT + DEL and restart the PC for a chance to even possibly find a game.
Issue 2: Matchmaking with friends:
If I am host:
We will start searching for a match as normal, suddenly halfway through matchmaking my game will freeze, after the game has recovered from the freeze, my game has ‘Leaving Matchmaking’ at the bottom of the screen without me even telling it to back out. My friends will remain together, but I will be separated
If I join a friend:
I will join a friend and he will start matchmaking. Halfway through matchmaking, the game will freeze, at this point my friends will say that I left. I am completely powerless in this situation and it has gotten to the point this game is just not fun.
If anyone has solutions to these problems please tell me. I have such fond memories of reach and it’s truly frustrating not being able to play the game.
