I just recently got an xbox one and Halo 5. I have enjoyed a game for the most part but some stuff is bugging me.
I am banned for 24 hours… I admit a couple of times I left due to rage, but then I got banned for leaving to a friend. Then I got banned for winning a game somehow and yeah. There should be a cap to how many hours you are banned for in Arena. 2 hours tops maybe?
Arena’s ranking system is garbage. Instead of requiring skill it requires luck with team mates. I can be on the top of the leaderboards for 10 games straight yet loose all 10 games and be at bronze. It’s just bad. It also doesn’t help me get paired with people “near” my rank. I was gold 5 in Swat and I got paired with diamond guys and also unranked people. So I am left with waiting for my friends to get on so I can win a lot of games to get a better rank.
Custom games is glitchy. I can’t choose a game mode from my download file. I can only choose 343’s standard game modes.
Arena has boring game modes. I am too scared to loose my rank in breakout (I’m Platnium 4 or 5) but I want to play a fun game mode like it. Yet there isn’t anything casual to help me relax. Grifball is boring, Fiesta is boring, BTB is filled with sweaties and everything else is ranked 
They need to quit taking off game modes to replace new ones. And why did they add Grifball before Flood? We all know flood is the most important game mode for Halo. Flood is pretty much why Reach is one of my favorite games. I can play fat kid and other infected game types. But no they added boring grifball which is only fun for a little bit. Think about it 343i which one gives the player more “content?”
Warzone is so much fun but they could do so much more with it. Only having 2 game modes is boring. Like with Arena if I want to win I need to team up with friends to have somewhat of a chance (or just get paired with randoms and hope for the best)
If you are banned you can play warzone i think
The ranking system goes based on who you beat. You have to beat platinums before you can be ranked into diamond. If you lose to the diamonds it puts you back into a game of platinums. It is also based on your kda.

Think about it 343i which one gives the player more “scout warthogs?”
