Problems getting matchmaking to work

Not sure if its just me, but lately whenever I start matchmaking for social games once the roster is full and it changes to red and blue I get kicked out of the match last minute. More so with big team 8v8 matches. Its frustrating because I want to get into a match, but then get a 10 min ban.

Also, did they increase ban times recently? It used to be 1 minute or 3 whenever this happened.

What platform are you playing the game on? And yes, matchmaking bans have been increased.

I’m on xbox one. It sucks that I’m getting a 10 min ban for something out of my control

If you are getting kicked out a few times in a row then try giving your console a hard reset. That worked for me.
