Hi, Im trying to download Halo Wars 2 that I got prom a payed code. After putting the code in the Xbox one store it started to download normally but the instalation always stops at 24% and 8.08 GB of 32.34 GB. I have 172GB of space so I know that storage is not the issue.
The message says "Wait a while, then resume installing.
The error code is: (0x87e0000f)
I contacted previously someone of support center but the connection was lost. He told me to clear the local saved games and restart the console, I did it and also disconnect my xbox from the surge protector and connect it directly to the wall but it didn’t ended the problem. Each time I continue the installation from the beginning it always stops at the same moment 8.08GB of space 24% of download.
Then I contacted another person of support center and told me to delete the installation, Then went to reset this console and keep all games and apps. I did all of this and put again my account, network configuration, etc. And started the installation again. It again stopped in 8.08GB and 24% installation.
After 3 people of Xbox One support couldn’t help, they told me to start the discussion here to see if there is a way to fix this.
