Hello, I have a problem with the matchmaking of the halo 5, the problem is that I can not play with any friends, always I am in a group and we put some game it takes me out before I start and tells me impossible to join, does anyone know what to do?

Hard reset = turn off your Xbox(wait till light is orange)unplug power cord for ten seconds, plug back in and turn on.

It will be your connection, in other halos it takes you out when your nat is not open
but my xbox says that there are no problems with the nat and that it is open, it is the only game that I have problems
A few of my friends have been getting this recently, like within the last 3 weeks. No changes to their network settings they are aware of. Seems to be some issue on Halos side, no issues with any other games. Some recent update.
