its just not letting me view my inbox I can clearly see I have mail but everytime I go to it it just says

problem detected sorry we have an issue on our end

Hm, strange one. I’ve seen this happen with profiles from time to time. Try clearing your cache / cookies and logging back in again and see if it helps, or see if you can log in from another browser / device?

Yeah issues seem to crop up from time to time, I guess it’s due to the all the services and Xbox Live integration that Waypoint has. Glad to hear it’s sorted for you now :slight_smile:

I’m having this same problem. Haven’t been able to check my inbox for 3 days now
