I have a small problem with Halo 4.
The Xbox customer support advised me to ask your help to resolve this problem.
I’ll explain the steps I do.
-I insert the disc into the console game Halo 4 (I state to have both DVD’s already installed on the hard disk).
-The game loads, taking me to the main menu.
-I press the Start button.
-I select “Infinity”
-“War Games”
-I choose “Find game”
-Here, as soon as the screen with the choice of the type of game, in the bottom of the screen appears the message “Unable to load information from xbox live.”
-So i a type of game and the same message is followed by another message that says “Loading information from servers Halo 4.”
I can still play on xbox live, but with constant interruptions and waiting times of the match.
How can i solve this problem?
