SO I have spent the last 8 hours forging this really cool medieval styled arena and whenever I try to change the skybox, generate lighting, or load the map into custom games, it freezes completely right in the middle of loading, therefore I cannot use it in custom games as I had intended to, or change the skybox. The only time I can load the map is when I load it into forge. Any help?
A friend and I have been having the same problem on our own maps, so it is not an isolated case.
I’ve never had this specific problems but just be sure to keep checking back on it. Eventually it’ll be fixed. Sucks but yeah.
I hope this proves to them to not forcibly add death barriers in there water, seriously why can’t I rebuild fathom in tidals waters, do they hate water that much.
Yeah I am experiencing this same issue. Also, generating lighting takes a long time. Beautiful canvas though

Forge team is aware and working on a fix. The problem is lighting is taking much longer to generate, It will still load in custom games but it can take over 10 minutes to load depending on your budget.
Well it’s good to know I’m not the only one. I’ve spent days forging an island map that won’t load in customs whenever I want to test it. I just assumed my map was too intense.

It means they added those barriers last minute and everything last minute causes bugs and glitches to happen. 343 just hates water, apparently they can’t swim. Yes Spartans can’t swim but it doesn’t mean an over modified supersuit that can withstand alien guns doesn’t mean it isn’t waterproof, it just means they can’t swim. So let us fall in water and add our own death barriers.

the halo forge team are aware of this issue and are working to fix it. we’ll just have to wait…
