Problem with the Xbox Live Party Service

I can’t seem to acces Halo 5 multiplayer and all i get is this message (title). I can’t tell if this is a problem on my end or theirs. If it’s a problem with me, any help to fix would be appreciated.

xbox live is down

Same here. It WAS because of Xbox Live, but now my friends are playing H5 multiplayer no problem except me .

XBL was having issues…

For me, it’s been down since Friday, and still is.
