I have a problem - i have not got the specialization key.
Region of my account is Russia, and I know that this country has not received codes, because it is not in the list of available countries(when moving to the U.S., I had no time to change the region account). But I live in Mason, OH, and I want to play normal as all of my friends who got the keys!

To qualify for the code you need to have played Halo 4 before the 20th of November.
Yep, I know it and i played Halo 4 before 11/20/12.
Since you didn’t change the region, I think you are basically SOL. Unless you changed it anytime before the 20th, you will not be receiving a code.
