Hi I bought the limited edition and I already got to level 60 but only to Specializations open to me are WETWORK and OPERATOR instead of all of the six.
What shall I do and how do I contact 343 studios (seriously I didn’t find any way of contacting them.
It’s a server issue just keep restarting the game it will come back. I know as it happens to me from time to time.
Had the same prob, I redeemed only the spec code and it did not work.
Now it works perfect for me after redeeming all codes I got with the LE, even the Avatar stuff. So redeem all codes, restart the console. Success.
Nope still doesn’t work.
I read something about a code they sent for the Specializations via mail, is it relevant because I haven’t received it either.
If you have the LE, you do not need the spec code.
Did you restart the console?
Then contact microsoft via chat for example
I called Microsoft and the said its a server issue. Just keep restarting your game it will come back. Just trust me as I have the same problem from time to time. I’m an LE owner too
I did it about a 1000 times and still nothing 
My brothers Spec. code in his LE didnt even work…not sure what he’s tryng to do about it but I beleive the map pass and other stuff is attached to that code so it’s kind of a kick in the nuts to him.
If you have redeemed all the codes in the LE version, go do your download/purchase history and redownload the infinity pack…this contains all the LE content including War games Pass
As I was playing I lost all the specialisations other then the ones I had completed, had to redownload the infinity pack, restart game and they returned
If that doesnt work then you will need to speak with Customer support and have them verify when you redeemed the codes on your account
The other stuff such a the season pass and the skins do work but only the specs is doing me problems
Have you actually input the codes for the Recruit Prime Armor, Avatar Armor, inside your Limited Edition Game? The Specialization Codes come with that same DLC.
If you have input that code though and did not buy the Limited Edition from some E-Bay seller, then your Specializations will be available.
I’ve inputted all of the codes and I did buy the LE directly from a shop and not got the codes from Ebay or etc.
It seems like you didn’t redeem code for specializations… If you have all the contents of the LE. Go back through them and look for the codes were the avatar stuff is at. The first one should be for specializations. Try redeeming it.
I did and it said that I’ve already redeemed it
