I just got SR 70 I received a promotion 70 req pack I tried to open it said it can’t open at this time I click ok and then it was gone and this also happened with an arena daily win pack it’s so annoying please fix this problem and give me a refund it is not fair
You probably got what was in the pack even though it said you couldn’t open it. That’s why it was gone. The only problem is you’ll never know what you got.

^ This is correct. Sometimes the opening animation gets skipped but you don’t lose anything. Any earned REQs from the pack go directly into your inventory. You may need to hard reset your console to check and see if you notice anything new
