I’m currently on the game right now, And it’s saying I’m level 1.
When I click onto my guy it says I’m level 30.
When I know I was level 78 earlier on this morning
Is this happening with everyone? Or is it just because of waypoint updating/doing something?

Search function. This has been covered many times. You are failing to connect to H4 account servers properly and are getting put in “backup” hoppers at lvl1 to ensure you can play online at any time.
Check your internet connection and connection to live for any issues (Network test>Test Live Connecion)
I disconnected my router and restarted everything.
tested my live connection
everything was fine, yet it’s still doing it?
Waypoint isn’t loading for me either.
