Hello!
After the last Halo 5 update “Infinity Armory”, we have lost all our datas : levels, armor, helmet …
And when we try to connect to the multiplayer mode, an error message is displayed and it’s something like “unknown identification profile” (I’m trying to translate from a french message into english and it could be a bad translation…)
Of course, we are connected on the Xbox live Gold.
Does anyone have ever had the same problem ? If Yes, do you know how to fix it ?
