I still have problems with halo4 game. i’m not able to play. The introduction is repeated all the time. Any solution for this problem?

the seller didn’t want to give me money back. He said, the problem come from my console because he tried the game with his console and it works. i know that my console is correct because i played many games with, including halo reach. this is my story.
Hmm ive never had this problem try installing the disk or something.

go to your console , go to memory, delete halo 4 from it memory and reinstall the game. that should fix it

Yea he recomends that you go play BO2 and then preorder for COD4 where all the dead guys from the past 3 come back as robot zombies.
