So two days ago I decided that I would buy the Halo 4 War games map pass. The download went smoothly, without any issues whatsoever. However, as I tried to play online using the map packs I encountered a slight problem… According to Halo 4, the map packs were installed, yet I don’t have the correct maps. Somehow I have the maps but when I try to join a match online it kicks me out of the game just as everyone votes for the map. Also, in Forge it shows me as having the maps, yet when I select a map (Say, Daybreak.) it refuses to load at all, claiming “The players do not have the correct downloadable content.” I’ve called Microsoft support and just spent almost three hours performing small and large processes to somehow allow me to use my map packs, which all of them failed. I could really use some help here, please? Before anyone asks, yes it says I have the packs installed in my memory and in my download history. I’ve re-downloaded them and even uninstalled them twice. I’m out of options here and Microsoft can’t even help me.
