Is anyone who pre-ordered Halo 5: Guardians from GameStop having any trouble getting the pre order bonus armor, visor, and battle riffle skin to be available in multiplayer? I’d appreciate any help. I already used the code to download the bonus and it gave me a promotional Req pack.

Having the same problem. Inputted the code from the receipt, got a little REQ pack that gave me my two Beta-player Emblems and a bunch of “Random Weapon” cards, but no sign of the pre-order-promised Locke Armor or Sentinel BR.
Weird. I redeemed mine and the REQ pack gave me the stuff no problem.
Try opening the req pack, mine was in one of the several packs I had lined up to open for goodies.
At least you guys got your codes.
Update: I got the pre-order bonuses now. For some reason after downloading the code, they appeared about 25 minutes later in a premium req pack.
