I have a Netduma router that shows the host where i am connecting while playing.
From the beginning, in EU, the game used only ireland servers, instead recently I am playing 100% of my matches on Netherlands servers, that I ping 30ms in game, with a very bad experience (bad hit registration, heavy aim and movements, etc…) . I can’t connect to Ireland servers anymore, which gives us a better experience.
Is it normal or there are some issues? Are ireland servers still used? Why are Netherlands servers worse?
I saw that microsoft added some new servers (2 in Uk and 2 in germany). Will these servers be used in future for gaming too?

p.s. my internet line is almost perfect, i verify it almost every day with some programs like for example pingplotter (100/20 mb, 0% packet loss, 0/1 jitter, low pings)
In order to limit the issues on your side, make sure that the XBOX1 NAT is set to open, Also you will have to adjust your router, and last use a hard line not the wifi. When I did this, a lot of the problems we reduced. Usually with the new updates, everyone is downloading and it puts a strain on the servers. After some time things do settle out.

Sorry, didn’t help, and you probably didn’t read or understand my post.
I have nat open, i am wired (cat6), i have a new router, new xboxone S, new benq monitor, i have 100 mb fibre, i have very low ping (in game too) i have almost 0 jitter, i have 0% packet loss in a 24 hours ping test, i have an A+ as result of buffebloat test, etc…
i am talking about that the game feels very laggy, slow and stuttering, and it started when we are forced to play on the EU NL server, and not anymore on the ireland server

I do apologise. It does look great on your end. More than likely it’s with the servers. I feel for you guys over there.
