problem description:
i bought the xbox pass for pc, idownloaded the game after several hours and everything was fine. I played for a day and then,cause a disc change from HDD to SSD the computer needed formatting. So i did it.
When Windows 10 was installed , I started downloading the game again from the store.
I left it a whole night and in the morning it showed that MCC had downloaded but the reach was frozen at 33%. (however, in the computer’s notifications it was said that it have been completed.)
I thought it was just stuck,and I tried to start the game by typing in the windows search “halo”.
The game started normally, and after the first two icons (360/343) it took me back to the store again telling me reach is 33% downloading.
Beyond that, I can neither cancel it, nor delete it, nor make it go down again, nor does it make any progress.
I really don’t know about it.
i’ve tried to clean the store catches, i’ve reset the store, and nothing has changed.
Can anyone help me?
