Problem with dlc (Xbox support sent me here)

I actually was also just referred here from Xbox support. I bought the console bundle and redeemed the warzone pass, but I never got the two req packs per week. I stopped playing after the first week and was coming back to check it out for the new content. I should have had the 14 req packs waiting for me, but there was nothing. I already regret spending the money for the console… this is just making it worse.

but honestly, would it be the end of the world? I never even knew about this forum until my Quest for the Holy Warzone Packs on google. lol.

Well, great point… Maybe the 343 guys don’t know this is here either… it all makes sense now!

I tend to bump my post after about a week or slightly less of no replies personally. Because hardly anyone ever goes through multiple pages of posts (I do, but I know a lot of people don’t unless they are seeking a specific one)
