So, I came here for the first time yesterday to create some custom challenges. But in the challenge window it only lists the daily and weekly ones, with no options for creating the custom ones. I thought it might have been a server issue at first, so I waited till this morning and when I logged in it’s still not there. Then I thought it might be my browser so I went from Firefox to Google Chrome and still nothing is there. Is the custom challenges only available on the smart phone app.? Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it would be appreciated.
There are a few things that I have heard that can cause this.
Vista: some players experience problems creating challenges on this. If you are on vista, try using a computer that has windows 7.
Flash: sometimes if flash is not updated to the current version, you can still view the site, but you are limited on what you can view.
iPads and iPhones: make sure Safari is updated to current version. Also, turn the iPad or iPhone on its side. This works for some reason.

Note that below a certain horizontal resolution (maybe 1000px?) the custom challenge creation system is hidden. So you simply can’t see it.
Pretty dumb if you ask me.
