Problem with "Classified" (Halo 4)

Hi everybody, I’ve got a problem with “Classified” in Halo Waypoint, about the new codes for get the armor of Spartan IV in Halo 4.
I’m introducing the codes and only one time it was correct (for the shoulders) but with the trunk and helmet, it is always incorrect, and I’ve repeated the process a long time and nothing. And I’ve done the missions of Spartan Ops. Is only for one use?

mine classified section doesn’t read any code, any help?
i noticed that in other imput keyboard you have in the lower part of the keyboard a left-ward arrow, while i have a circular arrow , what does it mean? although i type the right code doesn’t work…but i have completed the 3 episodes of spartan ops
