Well, I just completed Halo 5 on legendary difficulty.
I waited for them to give me an achievement, but it never happened, check if I didn’t miss any mission or things like that and it marked me that 3 were incomplete. I said: ok, I think it’s my mistake. I passed those missions and it kept marking me that it hadn’t happened.
Does anyone know if it is a mistake and have any idea how to fix it?
I’m not sure about H5, but I had a similar problem in MCC. The way I fixed it was exiting the game, going to the dashboard, and closing the application (or game in this case). Then I went back into the game and replayed whatever mission wasn’t saving correctly and had no issues. It’s kinda like turning it off and turning it back on again.

Sometimes achievements don’t pop up on xbox, but if you check your campaign stats on waypoint, you can see that you completed all missions and unlocked the achievement.

You must be on Xbox live with internet when completing each mission
