Problem wiht Halo 4 my xbox doesn't read the

Hey guys I’m just having troubles with my H4 game I just insert Disc 1 and my console can’t read it, I insert the game disc 2 and works prefectly, I contacted microsoft support and they send me here telling me that you have a patch that could solve this problem something call “hotfix” patch I don’t have Gold So I can’t access to Waypoint via my console I really hope you can help me! I’m a truth oldfan of the fracnhise I have played all the games except H4 obviously and read some novels about the game, I’m prety sure that i’m not the only one with this particular problem please help us!

I can’t find any mention of this issue in either the support FAQ or the list of known issues. It’s also not in the published list of issues fixed by the Title Update.

It seems that Support has provided you with incorrect information. If I had to guess, I’d say that there is some issue with your disc. Sorry.

Wish I could do more to help. Have you tried resetting the Xbox with the disc still in? Maybe set it to Auto Start game, that used to work on my old 360. Definitely install the game if you have space once you get it working.
