I just finished my solo play through on Legendary, and Mark VI armor is supposed to be the reward. No armor was unlocked. I got the achievements for beating on Legendary, my service record says I beat it on Legendary and each mission says it was completed on Legendary. Am I supposed to activate something on Waypoint? Or do I have to be a certain rank to even have the armor available to me?
Got any tips how to beat the game on Legendary? Knights are kickin my butt.

Check your campaign commendations. Some people are having problems with the servers and maybe you didn’t unlock the commendation. Also some people say that they dashboarded and it fixed the issue.

Hi… hemm I know i’m not on the topic but I have the Limited Edition and my specializations are not working… for some reason I can’t unlock them an thats suck… did somebody can help me?? 
Go to Career -> Go to Commendations -> Go To Player -> Campaign. There is a game-tracked list of all the missions that the game registers as you having completed (I’ve beaten them all, but I found Shutdown wasn’t counted towards my total). Replay that mission on Legendary and you should be good to go. That or you just have to wait. Some people had an issue with that, too.

Always take out watchers first, they’ll bring back knights you already killed if you let them live long enough. Try to use the autosentry when ever it’s available. It will help quite a bit to take some fire off of you and it will do some damage to your surrounding enemies. Time it right, and you can use it to distract the knights or covies just long enough to flank them and get the upper hand. And of course, always have some kind of power weapon. The scatter shot works wonders on a knight when they rush you.

As far as I’m concerned, yes.
Use the auto sentry as much as you can from cover. If you can start on them with a DMR or a BR to get that shield to pop it makes your life tons easier, then switch to an assualt rifle, suppressor, or shotgun type weapon to finish them off.
Work from cover and knock out the watchers, then the crawlers before trying to tangle with the knights. Keep an eye on your shields while you fight and when you get down to a sliver of blue left break off and let yourself recharge before engaging them again.
Hold your grenades to use in covering yourself when you fall back for ammo or to recharge your shields, the Promies will usually scramble out of the way when you throw one so you won’t get that many hits with them but it does break up their suppression fire on you.
I don’t know about you guys, I don’t think I want to start legendary quite yet, some of those missions were very hard, the pelican one to be exact, or the ending mission it is. The rest were find, but that one I died probably 5 times, and I was on normal.
Same problem hear, just finished the legendary campaign solo, no mark VI armour. So because I have rubbish internet I only have 4 levels registered on waypoint. This is far to much of a ps take. 343 need to sort there st out! We shouldn’t have to redo the levels again because we weren’t connected to the internet at the time. We have the achievements so clearly we have beat the game on legendary there for earning us the armour, it cant be hard to link the commendations to them. I am very disappointed in 343
