when entering the game, I get a notification immediately informing me that there has been an error syncing my profile to the game and that I will be unable to access any online functions of the game. When I try to enter the online functions it says that I am unable to connect to the lobby service. If anyone has any advice on what might be causing this or how to fix it, the help would be greatly appreciated.
Have you tried hard resetting your console?
I believe I’ve tried that before, but I’m all ears so I’m trying it again right now .
