Hi!
I’m currently having an issue with a few things on Halo 5 Guardian: Each time i try to save a custom game mode, watch my last game in theater, customize anything (spartan appearance, ID, weapon skin), or even save my settings, the game don’t want to!
It says “Error encountered while saving”. I even can’t watch a friend game, the option doesn’t appear! As for the source of the problem, i’m sure that it’s neither the game itself nor the dashboard that are responsible for that. In fact, i’m pretty sure that’s about my profil, or the profil on your server.
Why i’m so sure of that? Because i tested my account profil on various console:
-First , so you know i’m a preview member for the new beta dashboard who live in France.

-It can’t be the new beta dashboard: Why? Because i tested my account profil on two consoles who doesn’t run it and the problems still occurred, while with the other native profil everything worked fine, they could save, watch, etc… - -It can’t be the internet connection (Nat/Internet provider/DNS…): Why? Because i also tested my account on these consoles with various internet connection, one running on the same connection as mine (that’s my brother’s console), and on a complete different connection for the second. Hell i even tried a third time with my cousin in a different country in Europe with still no result for my account wile everything worked fine for the others! - -It can’t be something about the req-pack or the installed game: Why? Because one had the same req-pack as i have and the others didn’t, just like it can’t be the installed game, otherwise it wouldn’t work perfectly with their profil and not with mine…So that only leave the Xbox profile itself (maybe there’s a certain setting on it preventing me to reach your server for saving all the necessary data to run all these correctly), or the slot for saving my profile’s data and informations on your server that unable me to do these things currently, like a synchronization problem with the profile on your server… I know many other players have the same problems (Rico4791, d4rkst4rnl, king yeags, kdest and probably plenty more…), so that would be great if you could follow that lead by checking our profils on your servers so you can solve that problem or find at least an answer…
Hoping to hear from you soon, even if it’s just to let me (us) know you acknowledged my (our) problems.
PS: By the way, for those who have problems playing Warzone and entering a game, i know that may sound crazy, but try deleting and re-installing your various req-pack DLC (go to “My games and apps”, highlight Halo 5: Guardians and choose to manage the game, choose each pack one by one and delete them, then re-install them, that worked perfectly for lots of my friends).I can’t guarantee it will work for all, but hey! Just give it a try!
