Every time I’m playing in war zone or war zone assault after a few minutes I get kicked to a screen that I can’t get out of. I just got the game yesterday and it’s the first time I’ve played a halo game so I’m not sure if it is something I’m doing wrong or my game is messed up. I don’t see how to post a picture here but the screen has a picture of the red and blue Spartans, my user name at the top right and quit, carnage report, Spartan hub and mute all at bottom left. If I push b for quit it does nothing. Only way out seems to be turn off Xbox and start again. Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it?

Next time this issue happens and you see the screen, double tap your Xbox button your controller (this should open the guide) and then press Y. This will take a screenshot of what you currently see in game.
You should be able to view this screenshot on Xbox.com or other sites like XboxDVR.com and share a link with the rest of us.
Once you’ve managed to get an image, please make a new topic over in the Halo 5 support section. It’s currently hard to tell what you mean without being able to see an exact image.

The game has been unstable for some lately. What you describe has happened to me, but only post game. Besides the wise advice from moa, you can immediately unfreeze it by tapping the Xbox button, then the menu, button and choose the quit game option. Restart the game… Also if you can swing it get a wired connection for your Xbox. That eliminated in game disconnects for me.
