when ever I get my rank increased as soon as i restart my xbox the rank decrease to 39 !!
Yesterday i reached rank 46, today I logged in and I got downgraded to 44, why!
I noticed that too. I filed a ticket on halo support to let them know. Make sure you guys do that if you come across these types of issues.
How do I do that ?
I bought this up last year it’s a known issue, 343 replied to me and said they’re aware of it but that it doesn’t happen very often and they can’t figure out why it happens, but they’re not looking for a fix anymore. It’s incredibly annoying and still needs to be fixed there has been times where I’ve grinded 10-15 games to rank up a few times only to have my rank reset back to where it was before I started playing the next time I turn on my Xbox. This still should be fixed

Go to halo support on waypoint and find “submit a ticket”.
Apparently it was an xbox live issue and stats are now being updated and my rank has not reset after quitting the build. Let me know if it works for you guys too.
