"Problem Detected" Halo Insider

Hey, I’ve been trying to get into both of the technical previews for Halo Infinite, but every single time I send the verification Email for my insiders account, Waypoint says “Problem Detected: Well this is embarrassing, looks like we have some problems on our end.” I understand that they say “On our end” So I’m not sure if there would be any work around, But has anyone else encountered this before? And if so have you been able to do anything about it?
