When a playlist is classed as featured do you get a bonus or something for playing it?

It usually just means that it’s either a new playlist or 343 changed something in it and they want us to try it out.

This was stated back in January 2016 New. The XP in these Arena featured playlist does give some extra XP, but more than half might not be accurate. I could be wrong though.
