Honestly, the VAST majority of us are ashamed of halo reach and the detrimental effect it had on competitive halo.
I’m absolutely praying that halo 4 comes out right, but does anyone else love the grenade launcher?
I’d like to see it in halo 4 O_o
i think it is one of the few things that should return from reach in some way or another.
I would like it to return because it’s such an awesome new weapon. If it does return, it should have a more advanced look and actually be able to explode right in front of you and not force a delay like it does in Reach.

I always hated when i panic shot at someone five feet away and it wouldnt blow up till a further distance. If you wanna kill yourself with it than you should be able to XD

that would overpower it, the delay is what balances the weapon

I have to admit the grenade launcher would be an interesting addition, especially if the base speed is faster.
It’s one of my favourite weapons in Reach. It takes some skill to use, isn’t OP, and can do lots of damage if used correctly.

Hmm i really would not say it takes much skill to use, maybe a little i guess, but thats not the weapons fault, Reach’s base movement speed was slower compared to previous titles so as i said it my first post it really would make an interesting addition with faster base movement speed’s.
Wow i am actually a little shocked as up until i saw this thread i could not think of one thing that i would like to see from Reach be added to Halo 4 personally, thanks to the OP for this thread.

well, i think i’ve got a few clips that could change your mind
cross map judging the distance traveled and the hight at which to shoot it to compensate for the grenade fall… all while releasing the trigger at the precise moment. Definately my favorite gun in halo reach. I remember fighting with my doubles partner for it every game 
I love it. It’s difficult to use, which is probably part of what I like so much about it. Nothing is more satisfying than getting a kill with the grenade launcher. I’ve gotten a lot better with it too.
I would love a grenade launcher, it’s my favorite weapon in Reach. I’m pretty good with it too, very satisfying weapon.
I enjoyed the grenade launcher. It took a while to figure out how to use it properly, but once I got the hang of it it was a fun gun.

Reach may not be the Halo 3 duplicate most of you kids wish it was, but that doesnt make it a “bad” game in any way, either you like it or you dont, quit mistaking your opinion as fact.
The grenade launcher should make a return IMO, I think it would be a great addition to Halo 4

sorry for the inconvenience. i fixed it.
The Grenade Launcher was undoubtly the best thing added to Reach. Bungie managed to create a really unique power weapon with a hugh skill gap. That’s quite literally the only thing I want back from Reach.
I will be a sad turtle if they dont keep my Grenade Lawnchair… seriously im really sad right now thinking about it, i really dont think they will.

if they did any sort of research, based on this threads results and my personal feelings… it would be a crime not to.
