I received my installation email for the flight, but for some reason, I never got the private message on waypoint for it. Is this because the server is overtaxed at the moment? I think its possible I might have deleted the message by accident earlier and I don’t know where to ask for help. I’m kinda desperate and don’t know what to do.

I briefly got the site to display that I had a new message, but the server is so overloaded from everyone trying to do the same thing and get their code. Your codes are there! Just have to wait for the servers to stop messing up. Wish they just sent the codes through email for this reason

Same here. Email came in about an hour ago but nothing in messages or notifications for code.

I went to my insider page, clicked the xbox tech preview link, confirmed everything, and it took me to the page you’re talking about. Also tried confirming through the xbox insider hub but that has been stuck spinning and saying pending for about 2 hrs now.
I have the same issue. I received an email over 3 hours ago. Codes need to be sent to email addresses. I can’t even begin to figure out why 343 wanted to put extra stress on the website, when all of the email providers could handle it flawlessly. They should really explain their reasoning this time around, because frankly, it looks incompetent from the average person’s perspective.
It’s not working for me either, keeps saying “How embarassing! We’re having a problem on our end” when I go to look at messages
At the top right click on your name and go to halo insider go down to my flights on the right side in additional info there should be a steam key.

The Xbox Tech preview says active for me but there’s no code under additional info for me. Such a bummer.
